Privacy Policy

When you use Karna, we collect:

• Account info: email, name, username, date of birth
• Profile info: photo, display name, height, and weight if you provide them
• Gym and activity data: gym location, check-ins, workouts, streaks, and scores
• Device info: for push notifications and to confirm gym check-in
• Location: used to confirm you are at the gym when you check in
• Payment info: processed by our payment partner (card last 4 digits stored for display)

We use your data to:

• Run your account and the Karna apps
• Show your progress (streaks, check-ins, workouts) and gym activity
• Power leaderboards and community features
• Send push notifications you have opted into
• Handle payments, memberships, and support

We share data only when needed: with service providers (hosting, payments, analytics), to follow the law, or to protect safety. We do not sell your personal data.

Your profile, activity, and leaderboard position may be visible to other Karna members at your gym, depending on your settings. You can manage this in Privacy settings in the app.

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your data in settings
• Turn off push notifications
• Delete your account in the app or by requesting it at hello@usekarna.com

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it by law.

We use standard security practices to protect your data. Passwords are hashed; payments go through a certified provider.

Karna is for users 10 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.
