Delete your account

You can delete your account from the member app:

• Open Karna and sign in
• Go to Profile, then Settings
• Choose Delete account and confirm

This permanently removes your Karna account, profile, check-in history, workout logs, and leaderboard standing associated with that account.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@usekarna.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete Karna account”. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

We may retain limited records required by law (for example, payment records) or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
